What are you going to do?
· Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of Citrix solutions.
· Enhance performance, resolve technical issues, and optimize virtual desktop environments.
· Strategically analyze and utilize new technologies to improve systems and processes.
· Design robust and scalable solutions for Citrix environments.
· Mentor and share IT knowledge with team members.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies.
What are we looking for?
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
· +3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
· Experience as a technical leader with a strategic understanding of virtual desktop technologies.
· Hands-on expertise with Solution design and performance enhancement.
· Strong expertise in Citrix Xen Desktop 7 & Citrix Cloud.
· In-depth knowledge of Active Directory.
· Experience with Windows 10, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008-2016.
· Broader Citrix product ecosystem, including Storefront and NetScaler.
· Citrix products that supplement XenApp and XenDesktop.
· Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments, including ESX.
· Application Virtualization using Microsoft App-V.
· SCCM distribution processes.
· Ivanti Appsense management and integration.
· PowerShell scripting in Citrix environments.
· Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above).
· Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either Portuguese citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
