Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Understand and anticipate the needs of key clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
* Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing-related field
* Relevant experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG food industry
* Fluent communication skills in English and Portuguese
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Data analysis and data-driven decision-making abilities
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
