What you'll doManage assigned accounts and grow the business by:Expanding the client base.Enhancing the product portfolio.Optimizing pricing strategies aligned with strategic guidelines.Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships by:Understanding client needs and requirements.Preparing customized solutions.Serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful project implementation.Report on account development, including:Addressing identified pain points.Seizing new business opportunities.Adjusting sales forecasts accordingly.Identify and share new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.Create, implement, and evaluate promotional plans tailored for each client.Analyze market trends and competitors to generate insights that inform and drive business strategy.What we're looking forProven experience in account management, sales, or business development.Great negotiation skills, with a go-getting attitude to expand profitably the existing business and find/close new opportunities.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Business acumen with a strategic approach to market expansion.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Self-starter, resilient, and capable of working independently.Curiosity and a hunger to learn.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in Portuguese & English (B2 Level or higher) is a must.
