We are recruiting a versatile and highly organized Personal Assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for our client (Private Investor).
responsabilidades chave
Sort & respond to emails daily;
Organize documents and files;
Arrange meetings and travel (flights, transport and hotels);
Manage general payments and invoices (tenants, rentals, construction management, etc.);
Ensure seamless operations in our real estate properties;
Manage businesses' quarterly paperwork and oversee potential incidents;
Send and receive packages through mail;
Solve practical day-to-day problem;
Summarize presentations and documents;
Consolidate Monthly & Quarterly financial reports.
competências
High knowledge level of Spanish;
High knowledge level of English;
Intermediate level of French;
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Google Drive;
Ability to quickly learn new softwares;
Highly organized;
Fast learner with excellent retention skills;
Problem solver;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
A basic understanding of finance and legal aspects is a plus (being able to read a document and understand its content);
Having a driving license is a plus.
