Description
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance;
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email;
- Escalate complex technical issues to the second-level support team when necessary;
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database.
Profile
- Proficiency in both English and German languages;
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner;
- A keen interest in technology and a passion for continuous learning;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
