As a Social Impact Specialist, you will drive our mission to create meaningful change through social impact and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop compelling narratives, impactful content, and programs that amplify Zendesk's leadership in social impact and sustainability.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate social impact and sustainability efforts into broader goals.
* Create customer-facing materials, including pitch decks, customer letters, and sustainability messaging.
* Track and analyze program performance to improve the effectiveness of social impact and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in social impact, sustainability communications, or related fields.
* Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience creating content across formats.
* Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing program effectiveness.
* Collaborative and team-oriented approach with interest in cross-functional communication roles.
