Overview:
The Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer and property data in the CRM, handling the contract lifecycle for recurring agreements, and performing a variety of general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. For region-specific roles, multilingual proficiency is an advantage to support localized operations.
What will you do?
1. Property Base Management: Own and maintain the property database within the CRM system; ensure all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized; collaborate with the sales team to capture and input new property data as needed.
2. Contract Expiry Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract renewal and expiry lifecycle for recurring contracts; notify customers and internal teams of upcoming contract expirations; facilitate the preparation and distribution of renewal documents.
3. General Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team as required; prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities; ensure alignment with internal processes and compliance requirements.
What are we looking for?
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
2. Professional Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, CRM management, or a similar support role; experience with contract management is a plus.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, or equivalent); strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Language Skills: English and (required based on region French, Italian, Spanish & Arabic).
5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
