With over 400 skilled consultants, we deliver services in infrastructure & cloud, software development, and agile methodologies, contributing to major projects across Portugal and Europe.We're on the lookout for talented, purpose-driven professionals to join our growing team!Key Responsibilities:As part of our client's Global Data Platform program, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth program execution and governance by:Monitoring and managing budgets, actuals, and financial forecasts.Supporting program governance and overseeing financial management.Managing the program's carbon footprint in line with digital sustainability standards.Coordinating transversal topics across multiple workstreams.Handling resource allocation, capacity planning, time-tracking, and budget consumption.Providing PMO expertise for large-scale, complex programs.Key Deliverables:Budget tracking reports (planned vs. actual).Monthly financial forecasts with variance analysis.Detailed status reports on program progress and KPIs.Risk management logs with mitigation strategies and regular updates.Updated program execution plans to reflect changes and developments.Strategic business cases aligned with program goals.Required Expertise:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience collaborating in cross-functional and international environments.Flexibility and resilience in managing program complexity.Solid background in PMO or project management roles.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.Deep knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.Fluency in English and French (C2 level in both environments).Familiarity with data governance and data management frameworks.Proven ability to track KPIs and report effectively on program performance.
