Elevate Your Career as a Marketing Coordinator at Our Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
* Aware of the industry trends, competitive analysis, and understanding of product offerings and marketing campaigns to further drive innovation.
* Responsible, in coordination with the regional brand manager, for the execution of marketing campaigns, co-brandings, and advertising efforts.
* Answer customer interactions and create social media content in coordination with the regional social media manager.
* Support the regional team in the planning, execution, and vision of resort photo and video shoots to ensure proper branding and positioning.
* Act as liaison between local media and the regional communication manager for all communication and PR.
* Successfully launch and bring to market the new property to meet sales targets and revenue goals as established.
* Execute new innovative marketing strategies in line with established objectives and goals to create a customer journey and longevity in the marketplace.
What We Need:
* Experience in a similar role of at least 2 years.
* Passion for hospitality.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Other languages are a plus.
* Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork.
* Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
* Flexible working hours.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Experience with photo shootings, social media, influencers/bloggers, press, and event planning.
* Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Presentation or Design Software.
