In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and have a team of more than 500 people working on projects across various industries such as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.
Our Nearshore IT center is located in Portugal and has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals who work on projects for internationally renowned clients.
Job Description: IT Continuity Analyst
The main responsibility of this role is to manage the IT continuity and resilience of Wealth Management (WM) IT assets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure that IT continuity classification for each asset is accurately assessed by the IT owner and aligned with business continuity needs.
* Maintain completed and compliant IT continuity plans (IC Plans) for each IT asset according to Group requirements.
* E nsure that backup and restoration processes and operational procedures are well documented and enforced.
* Schedule, drive, and report on IT disaster recovery exercises conducted by IT production teams.
* Follow up on post-DR exercise action plans.
Maintaining IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
* Maintain WM IT continuity policy and procedures, ensuring alignment with the Group-level framework.
* Ensure compliance with IT continuity and operational resilience regulations from international authorities such as DORA in Europe, MAS in Singapore, and HKMA in Hong Kong.
* E nsure data accuracy and completeness in the IT GRC tool regarding asset classification, compliance with IT continuity requirements, IT continuity dashboard, and plan accuracy.
Reporting, Communication, and Collaboration
* Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of IT continuity classification, implementation of required solutions, DR exercises, and remediation projects.
* Report on the completeness and accuracy of the IT GRC tool, including coverage level and data quality issues.
* Offer metrics and presentation material to WM IT risk, cybersecurity, and IT continuity committees.
* Participate in awareness and training activities, including keeping documentation up to date, producing training material, and facilitating training sessions.
* Coordinate with the Group IT Continuity & Resilience office.
* Contribute to responses to requests from regulators, partners, and customers regarding IT continuity and resilience.
Qualifications:
* Certification (recommended but not mandatory): CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301, ISO 27001
