Funções
1. CONTRIBUTING ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Work in cooperation with the FIP project managers in the different phases of projects. This collaboration is usual daily.
- Respect the methodology of project management shared by FIP Paris.
- Respect the projects milestones and the related budget.
- Contribute to the definition of a workaround solution with the project team facing any issue impacting the critical path of the project and its budget.
- Produce regular project status to share with FIP project manager and FIP team leader.
- Participate in project committees by sharing actions/decisions status under FIP responsibility, taking or coordinating actions linked to FIP Lisbon.
2. PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS
- Define the operational and accounting schemes and the framework of controls based on the first global need expressed by FIP project manager in the context of a pre-study.
- Define the structure of data flows with the necessary information to feed finance systems.
- Document the functional specifications of the solution to be set up by other teams such as operating systems IT, Financial IT systems, FIP Engineering for parametrization in the accounting interpreter.
- Coordinate the tasks and actions from the different stakeholders by ensuring the time to market of the delivery.
- Set up evolution of chart of accounts if necessary for the solution adopted.
- Contribute to the testing strategy to ensure the quality of the implementation of the project.
- Carry out all accounting and reporting test phases under the direct responsibility of FIP.
- Ensure aftercare support for reporting users.
3. ENSURING SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY ON A SCOPE OF ACCOUNTING INTERFACES
- Manage the related requests in project mode according to the priority defined by FIP team leaders.
4. TESTING
Requisitos
Technical Skills:
• Experience of project management.
• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products.
• Knowledge of financial Information Systems.
• MS Excel.
Language Skills:
• English - 3 - Expert.
• Portuguese - 2 - Practice.
Soft Skills:
• Strong ability to deliver/Results driven.
• Attention to detail/rigor.
• Adaptability.
• Problem Solving skills.
• Communication skills.
