Job Description:
A HRB Solution is currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Data Analyst & Management Trainee for the Biopharmaceutical Industry.
Responsibilities
As our Client's Data Analyst & Management Intern, you will support the delivery of Daily Sales Reports for the Nordic Countries by extracting, transforming and publishing different types of data. The responsibilities include:
1. Analysing, monitoring and validating collected and stored data;
2. Collaborating in the creation and development of dashboards and other management indicators that make it possible to monitor and follow strategic KPIs in the Client's business;
3. Providing support in drawing up reports containing the results of analysing KPIs;
4. Developing data models with the aim of creating insights into sales of the Client's products;
5. Participating in the implementation of Data Quality processes;
6. Implementing tools and procedures to ensure the improvement and optimisation of operations and business developed by the Client in various countries.
Qualifications
1. University Degree in Data Science, Data Management, Business Management or related majors;
2. Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory);
3. Good computer skills from a user’s perspective (Windows/Office);
4. Medium knowledge of SQL;
5. Experience with data analysis tools – e.g. PowerBI or Tableau;
6. Strong skills in terms of analysis, attention to detail, problem solving and prioritization of tasks;
7. Excellent oral/written communication skills, organization and responsibility;
8. Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
