Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
* Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science or similar;
2. Previous experience working with specialized support teams;
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience with the following technologies or platforms:
4. .NET/C#
5. MongoDB;
6. SQL Server;
7. SalesForce Commerce Cloud;
8. PHP
9. Experience with APIs (APIGEE), tools like JIRA and GitHub and Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS) will be valued;
* Problem-solving attitude;
* High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity and self-motivation;
