French Customer Service Representative
About the job:
* Assist our customers across various channels to answer their questions on subscription, billing, technical troubleshooting and other topics
* No previous experience required;
* French Native or Strong C2
* Receive incoming calls from customers
* Welcome and advise customers
* Offer personalized solutions on every call/email
Schedule:
* Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts (7AM - 7PM)
Conditions and benefits:
* Monthly Salary Base (x14): 930
Meal allowance/Daily: 9/day
Performance Bonus (x12): 100 three first months then up to performance
