Job Title: Consumer Experience Manager
British American Tobacco is undergoing a significant transformation, shifting from traditional products to potentially reduced-risk nicotine and non-nicotine products. Portugal is one of the European markets with the fastest evolution in this regard.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Strategy and Planning: Develop and drive the CX strategy for Portugal.
* Lead Team for Success: Ensure your direct reports are equipped to succeed by providing the right development, strategic path, and healthy work environment in the CX and Portugal team.
* On-going Influence, Collaboration, and Coordination: Work with Consumer Experience and Trade teams to ensure consistency and synergies.
* Influence and Ensure Consistency and Synergies: Collaborate with the Iberia team to drive growth.
* Lead Visibility Evolution in Portugal and Retail Transformation: Drive multicategory campaigns executions.
* Coordinate B2C Execution: Align with B2C Iberia strategy across channels.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience: 3+ years in trade marketing, B2C marketing, or Consumer Experience.
* Languages: Portuguese and English, with Spanish being an added value.
* Leadership Skills: Engage and inspire people, provide direction, and drive results-oriented strategies.
* Commercial and Consumer-Centric Approach: Proactively engage stakeholders.
* Team Development: Lead implementation of strategies to achieve objectives and develop team knowledge and skills.
* Resilience and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
* Previous Line Management Experience: Effective stakeholder management, working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
