After consolidating our presence in Spain and Mexico, and after being present working for clients in Portugal over the last 4 years, we decided to open an office in Lisbon, Portugal in 2025! The Igeneris Portugal team currently consists of 4 people, with the aim of exceeding 10 by the end of the year and continuing to grow over the coming years.

How Will Your Day-to-Day Be?
You will join a newly created division dedicated to venture building, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and shaping the venture-building process. You will work on projects from various sectors and industries at different stages of development. You will be responsible for the day-to-day project duties, leading various activities of the business model innovation (idea generation, strategy workshops, pitches, etc.). You will also have the opportunity to lead the testing and implementation of our ventures. You will work in a team of 2-4 people with different profiles and experience in the world of innovation. You will need to ensure and lead the smooth running of the projects and play an important role in identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
* University Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or double degrees with excellent academic results.
* Relevant work experience up to 3-4 years in strategy, innovation, consulting, or entrepreneurship, with a notable track record.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English. Portuguese is desirable.
* Most importantly, you share our values.
