Accounting Trainee
As an Accounting Trainee, your mission is to ensure accuracy in accounting records, support account reconciliation, and contribute to compliance with tax obligations.
The job will require you to:
1. Collaborate with the finance team in preparing accounting data;
2. Assist in administrative activities, including document management, classification, and organization of information;
3. Support in processing financial transactions, such as invoicing, payments, checking current accounts, and bank reconciliations;
4. Assist in monthly reporting, including liaising with entities and auditors;
5. Participate in continuous improvement projects;
6. Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting records, and meeting established deadlines;
7. Participate in projects to improve business processes and financial management;
8. Support for the monthly report.
The ideal candidate:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or similar;
2. Basic knowledge of general accounting and financial principles;
3. Familiarity with accounting software tools and Excel (preferably);
4. Eligibility for IEFP internship program;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
6. We value an entrepreneurial attitude, with determination and positivity;
