What we need:
* Reporting to the QAQC Team: the main functions of the QAQC trainee will be to ensure and support inspections of piping, structural, welding, NDT, mechanical activities are performed as per international standards.
Tasks, activities and responsibilities:
* Commitment to and promotion of Mecwide's values and ensuring the realization of Company and project health, safety, environmental, quality and procedures;
* Assist the QAQC team in all issues related to quality;
* Carry out quality surveillance on fabrication procedures and inspection and test plans to ensure compliance, with the support of Quality Team;
* Verifies and inspects if the execution of the works is in accordance with the project, following the inspection and testing plan, with the support of Quality Team;
* Visual and dimensional inspection and reporting;
* Monitoring of subcontracts and issuing inspection reports;
* Compilation of quality documentation for issuing the Data Book;
* Conduct aligned duties as directed by QAQC;
* Keep all quality records up-to-date and available at any time for consultation by the QAQC or customer representative;
* Know and use the IMS documents applicable in your area;Comply with the company's internal processes and procedures;
* Respect the rules of Health and Safety at Work and Environment, of the place where you are;
* Comply with the Management Policy and work to achieve the established objectives;
What you should have:
* University diploma or frequency in relevant engineering degree;
* Professional training in Industrial quality and/or Quality control and/or Welding;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel;
* English skills (B1 minimum);
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset;
* Flexibility;
* Availability to move between projects;
Nice to have:
* Previous internship or experience in metalworking and industrial fabrication processes;
