Your Responsibilities
* Support customer-facing colleagues by handling complex issues concerning contracts.
* Ensure fast and quick resolution of problems.
* Work with partners to provide direction for issue resolution and achieve customer satisfaction.
* Be in direct contact with customers to understand and act on their behalf.
Requirements
* A native level of German and good English or Spanish language skills.
* Previous experience in administrative or back-office work is preferred.
* Ability to work in a coordinated, organized, and autonomous manner.
* Energetic, innovative, and proactive with the ability to work at a fast pace.
* Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
* Valid Spanish work permit required.
