Job description
In Pronovias Group we have been over 50 years dressing dreams with our five tbrands: Pronovias, San Patrick, White One, Nicole y Ladybird.
We are currently hiring a Store Manager for our store in Porto, that will coordinate and lead the store team and related activities in accordance with the guidelines of the Area Manager, ensuring compliance with assigned sales targets, customer satisfaction and the image of Pronovias.
Role and responsibilites:
P&L and Reporting:
1. Based on the P&L defined by Corporate, define the monthly and annual strategy of the store (sales, personnel and stock) to guarantee the sales objectives and profitability of the business unit.
2. Report to the Area Manager on the evolution of the store to provide updated information to facilitate decision making.
Operations:
3. Supervise the planning of the daily scheduling of appointments, fittings and tasks to be performed ensuring the organization of activities in terms of human and material resources, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success of the store.
4. Store stock management and follow-up of the results of the inventories made, in order to achieve the minimization of reduction, as well as to expand or adjust orders according to demands.
5. Organize and supervise the after-sales (test, delivery, iron and composure) of the different dresses ensuring success in programmed fittings and customer satisfaction.
Customer and image:
6. Collaborate with clients needs offering a professional treatment in the choice of the product and acting as an ambassador of the brand PRONOVIAS.
7. Ensure a global store image following the company's internal policy.
Team organization:
8. Organize and supervise the store team through the establishment and monitoring of individual and group objectives, in order to guarantee a service oriented to excellence and adapted to the sales cycle of Pronovias.
9. Manage and optimize the schedules of the team, adapting them to the business needs.
10. Inform and share with the team on a regular basis everything that effects the operation of the point of sale operation (products, prices, computer system, etc.) to ensure the correct development of the activity.
Leadership:
11. Attract and select the best talent for Pronovias.
12. Accompany and motivate the team during their experience in Pronovias, ensuring that they demonstrate the highest professional excellence.
13. Coordinate and apply the different projects and development plans for the team, recognizing and enhancing their growth in the company.
14. To promote an adequate working environment and to manage in a professional and impartial manner the problems and conflicts that may arise.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a consolidated experience in Store Management in Premium or Luxury Fashion sectors, and the knowledge of the bridal or occasionwear industry is a plus.
It is also essential that you are a positive person, passionate over delivering an excelent customer experience to our customers, results oriented, strong teamworker and a great problem solver.
You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and we will value positively the knowledge of different languages.
