Job Description
The role involves developing the market business, setting up effective promotional plans, and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, focusing on smartphones and ecosystem products.
* Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets.
* Assisting in formulating the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy) of the company.
* Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
* Following up and analyzing the sell-through/sell-out data of wholesalers and retailers.
* Effectively carrying out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight, and working closely with the product and HQ team to improve product optimization.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English, native Portuguese, marketing-related major, bachelor's degree or above.
* Experience in the smartphone domain (or high-tech hardware industry) is preferred, with 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position.
* Extensive connections in the consumer electronics and smartphone industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Possess a passionate attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
