We are seeking a skilled and experienced French Team Manager to oversee an assigned team in achieving client/corporate goals. The manager will coach and motivate advisors, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate's daily responsibilities will include:
* Effective communication with the team, conveying various types of information (operational, management-related, etc)
* Problem-solving, decision-making, result analysis, and ensuring timely compliance with project deadlines and requirements
* Collaboration with the team to develop advisors' activities
* Regular review and monitoring of advisors' work performance, implementing corrective actions as needed using performance management tools
* Conducting monthly/quarterly performance reviews
* Providing clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
* Accurate and timely communication of client issues to the Operations Manager
* Fostering a team environment that promotes commitment, loyalty, and pride in working for the company
* Implementing and continuously reviewing actions from Employee Satisfaction surveys
* Understanding and adhering to regulatory, fair trading, and competition rules, as well as Health, Safety, and Security responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Native or proficient level of French (mandatory)
* Proficient level of English (C1 and above)
* A second language at a proficient level (desirable)
* Minimum 6 months of call center experience, preferably as Team Manager or product specialist
* Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
* Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal, and written communication skills
* Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
* Effective time management and prioritization
* Ability to multitask and set priorities
* Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
* Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
* Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios
* Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
