Descrição
Strategic HR Partnership:
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights and coaching on HR best practices.
Talent Management:
* Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
* Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs; follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
* Lead and manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
* Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans and provide support in addressing performance-related issues.
HR Policy & Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
* Partner with legal and regulatory teams to manage risk and ensure HR practices comply with employment laws.
* Update and develop HR policies in line with changes in legislation.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, working closely with legal as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Provide guidance on compensation strategies and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
* Manage employee benefits programs and advise employees on benefits-related issues.
Recruitment & Selection:
* Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and reflect the needs of the business.
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
* Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Perfil ideal
* At least 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in a business partner or management role.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* High Level experience in Talent Acquisition Activities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organisation to achieve results.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, namely SAP Success Factors will be a plus.
* Good command of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, etc.).
* Fluency in English is required.
* Occasional travel is required.
