Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
* Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services.
* Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role preferred.
* Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, computers).
* Fluent in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
* Organized and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Training Conditions:
* Duration: 30 calendar days
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
* Training Salary: Approximately 660 EUR net (conditional on attendance and performance)
After Signing the Work Contract:
* Salary Conditions for the German Market:
o Base Salary (Gross): 1271 EUR/month x 14
o Language Adder (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
o Skill Adder (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
o Attendance Bonus (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
o Totaling in: 21 394 EUR/year
o Performance Bonus (Gross): Up to 120 EUR/month x 12
o Meal Allowance: 6 EUR per working day (paid in meal card)
o Health Insurance coverage provided
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 (with potential for late shifts extended until 21:00 as per client agreement)
Relocation:
* Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
* Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 EUR in Economy class
