Job Description:
Responsible of an environment that is safe, clean, organized and well-maintained; Ensure proper check in and check out procedures are followed; Be knowledgeable of all programming available and be able to explain and promote these programs (in person or over the phone); Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, activities and equipment; Providing assistance to the supervisor; Ensuring compliance with the program of activities in the operation; Ensuring compliance with the monitors' daily routines with the children; Communicating the day's information to the team; Reporting on the state of the facilities/equipment and materials; Back office - booking reservations, receiving calls, answering emails and managing the daily program; Reception - selling activities and products, serving the public, answering customer questions and dealing with complaints; Engage children in activities and active play. Requirements:
