At Portugal Active, we deliver premium hospitality experiences to our guests and property owners. To maintain our high standards, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
✅ Provide first-level support to guests and property owners through our integrated communication tools.
✅ Ensure a flawless guest experience, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations proactively.
✅ Track and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams (cleaning, maintenance, logistics) to guarantee seamless stays.
✅ Upsell premium services to enhance the guest experience.
✅ Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to service improvements to maintain luxury standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
🔹 Experience in customer support, hospitality, or property management.
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain professional under pressure.
🔹 Ability to multitask and prioritize inquiries efficiently.
🔹 Tech-savvy, with experience using leading customer support and property management tools (preferred).
🔹 Fluent in English and Portuguese (French or Spanish is a plus).
🔹 Availability to work weekends and holidays, ensuring seamless guest support.
