Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from all stakeholders within the Digital team.Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solutions.Document requirements to ensure clarity for Development teams.Produce high-level conceptual designs aligned with business processes.Define functional specifications, including user stories and change request processes.Collaborate with Technical teams, QA, Project Managers, and Product Managers.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.Maintain ownership of functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Assist the Technical Delivery Manager and Senior Business Analyst in managing the development backlog.Align with the company's performance process to ensure goals and objectives are met.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience working with an online commerce platform.Strong analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with Digital, PMO, Product, and Business stakeholders to define, document, and communicate requirements effectively.Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and experience in delivering IT projects from inception to completion.Experience working in a multi-national, multi-channel business in industries like manufacturing, FMCG, or similar.End-to-end experience in ecommerce, commercial, and customer service, with a strong understanding of B2C processes and their financial implications.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).Knowledge of internal application interfaces (ecommerce platform & ERP) and external integrations (EDI, web services).Experience in defining and documenting business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.Hands-on experience working with multiple technology platforms and applications.Strong relationship management skills with both business stakeholders and Development teams.Experience with best practice methodologies in solution delivery and project management (Waterfall & Agile).Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines.Excellent team collaboration and management skills.Ideally ISEB/BCS qualified, with ITIL and/or PRINCE2 Foundation or similar certifications.Strong understanding of:SAP Commerce CloudHeadless StorefrontsPayment GatewaysCMS SystemsCRM PlatformsNext Steps: If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or send an email to ******.
