We are recruiting a CLUSTER HR MANAGER (M/F) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting the Hotel Managers in the strategic planning of the teams, guaranteeing the application of the Labor Law and the legislation applicable to the sector of activity.Forecast management of Human Resources, ensuring support and analysis of Urban Hotels' budget management and forecasts.Actively participates in Job Fairs and Employability Forums as well as other Employer Branding actions.Posts advertisements and manages applications on recruitment portals.Conducts interviews and provides feedback to candidates.Identifies and contacts professionals active in the market.Actively participates in the employee onboarding and offboarding process.Monitors the units' training plans, ensuring feedback and support for the Learning & Development Manager.Monitors attendance management, ensuring compliance with hotel attendance justifications as well as the annual vacation and recuperation plan.Actively participates in the management of labour relations, acting positively in the management of the organizational climate.Guarantees the recognition programs promoted by the hotel management, in line with the Group's policy.Draws up studies of the region for the opening, reopening or temporary closure of Units.Coordinates the Cluster's Human Resources team to ensure alignment of Human Resources practices and processes.Reporting and analysis of Human Resources KPIs with proposals for continuous improvement.Implements and monitors the activities set out in the Annual Human Resources Plan.Actively participates in the performance appraisal and Mid-Year Review process, providing clarification and unblocking critical situations.Draws up and monitors the Succession Plan for the region's hotels in order to guarantee promotion and internal mobility.Participates in and encourages social responsibility activities and other internal events promoted by the Human Resources Department and/or Hotel Management.Ensures the attendance of employees and clarification of doubts in the labor field.Ensures the management and monitoring of Occupational Medicine, complying with legal requirements.WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES: Motivated, with a professional attitude, a genuine smile, friendliness, a taste for teamwork, a passion for service, a willingness to learn and evolve who want to be part of a dynamic team focused on providing excellent service and exceeding our clients' expectations.
Academic qualifications: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources Management.Professional Experience: We will give preference to candidates with experience in a similar role.Knowledge of labor legislation and human resources processes.
