We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analysing and supporting investment decisions and optimizing distressed asset portfolios, including secured, unsecured and REOs.
About the job:
1. Develop and enhance pricing models for secured, unsecured, and REO assets
2. Support investment decisions by providing investment recommendations and risk assessment
3. Monitor and analyse the performance of portfolios under management
4. Prepare and review operational activity reports, identifying key trends and risks
5. Provide data-driven insights to support portfolio optimization strategies
6. Oversee and review Business Plans
7. Develop forecasting models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
Operational Support & Process Improvement:
1. Support operational business through various initiatives related to NPL recovery
2. Provide recommendations with the goal of increasing efficiency/results
3. Assist in improving processes, workflows, and data quality within the organization.
What you bring:
Must-have
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role
3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
4. Proficiency in Excel and SQL
5. Advanced English communication skills
6. Highly motivated, open-minded and with a good team spirit
Nice-to-have
1. Experience with Power BI and Python
