Marketing Strategist Role
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to lead marketing, branding, and digital initiatives. This role will shape our brand positioning, drive marketing plans, and collaborate closely with sales and operational teams to ensure the success of campaigns, events, and PR activities.
Daily Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, identifying best practices.
* Regularly review and refine strategies to align with business goals.
* Track, measure, and report progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Define the vision for brand positioning for STRYPES.
* Build and improve brand awareness within target audiences through successful digital marketing, PR, and events.
* Strengthen online presence by delivering consistent, engaging content for the company website and social media.
* Manage company website, continuously analyzing and improving performance.
* Propose and adopt new tools and processes to enhance efficiency and growth.
* Oversee and participate in the planning and execution of live and digital events, ensuring brand alignment and success.
* Research technical fairs, workshops, and industry events worldwide to identify participation opportunities that boost exposure and learning.
* Grow and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Represent STRYPES in key marketing forums and networking events.
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop compelling presentations by organizing content, designing slide decks, and transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing.
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies, particularly in digital spaces like social media, content creation or SEO.
* Ability to identify and target key audiences, creating impactful campaigns that resonate with a tech-savvy audience.
* Proficient in presentation creation and organizing complex information.
* Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and practices in the tech industry.
* Passion for technology.
* Creative and innovative, with a flair for out-of-the-box ideas.
* Highly organized and deadline-driven.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
* Pro-active and hands-on mentality.
* Familiar with the latest developments in AI-driven technology.
