Job Description:
The Sales Administration Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by efficiently managing customer and property data within our CRM system. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Base Management: Own and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized property information within our CRM system, collaborating with the sales team to capture and input new property data as needed.
2. Contract Expiry Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract renewal and expiry lifecycle for recurring contracts, notify customers and internal teams of upcoming contract expirations, and facilitate the preparation and distribution of renewal documents.
3. General Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team as required, prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support sales activities, ensuring alignment with internal processes and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, CRM management, or a similar support role; experience with contract management is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, or equivalent); strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Language Skills: English and additional languages based on region (French, Italian, Spanish & Arabic).
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
