About the job The main mission of the Business Management Officer for MO EOLE is to analyze, coordinate, carry out and control operations, relating to securities activities of BGL - BNP Paribas Luxembourg, in compliance with procedures and under the best conditions of quality, time and reliability.
Your main activities are Analysis and coordination of processes, related to securities activities, executed via the EOLE platform. Act as a facilitator and intermediary, as defined for Middle-Office EOLE employees between back-office teams and relationship managers. Ensure contact with internal and external interlocutors. Contribute, through its position in the organization, to the resolution of issues/difficulties identified and raised. Respond to a request in an efficient manner. Provide to the Back-Offices, the necessary support and documents, to process the operations. Assuring the controls, defined in the control plan to control risks. Report regularly on the progress of its activities to the line manager – MO EOLE Team Leader. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform related to quality, performance and risk control. Actively participate in the drafting and updating of Middle-Office procedures and work instructions. Contribute to the improvement and adaptability rate of the team. Actively contribute to internal projects, impacting the section/service. Actively contribute to foster a good work environment and be a team player.
