Ansell is looking for an Assoc. Specialist HR Payroll to join our team in Vila Nova de Poiares, Portugal. In this position, you will play a vital role in the payroll execution in Ansell Portugal HR Department.

What your role will be?
You will be responsible for the payroll execution in Portugal, following up on the Portuguese Legal Authorities, Government Work departments, Social Security, Insurance Company reports, Internal and External Finance/HR audits, and being the financial connection with the local Finance Department.
You will also contribute to other projects and assignments of the HR Department, as well as the further automation of HR processes and the optimization of personnel administration.
What will you bring to Ansell?
* Solid knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation
* Languages: Portuguese native and fluent in English
* High software (IT) ability: PHC (Payroll System), HRIS, Time and Attendance (ELO), advanced knowledge of MS Office (high focus on Excel knowledge)
* Planning skills, organization, evaluation, versatility, and analytical abilities
* Empathy, ability to listen to others, interaction, and respect for diversity
* High level of self-motivation for different tasks
