Job Description:
A leading asset management company with international operations requires a skilled professional to assist in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cashbooks, updating receipts and invoices, and ensuring alignment with project trackers.
* Prepare and monitor financial reports for ongoing and older projects.
* Conduct monthly analysis of sales, marketing, and construction expenses.
* Prepare bi-weekly expense reports and manage client invoicing.
* Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations and assist in restructuring tasks and statutory accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in real estate.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
