Team and Role Overview
Nasdaq is seeking a Lead Project Manager to lead our global system implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management and sign-off of customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management, the project management of internal and external project resources, and managing the project budget.

Customer Services is an integral part of Nasdaq's growth and success. Key responsibilities
1. Ensure the project and associated business case are prioritized, initiated, and approved according to the required procedures.
2. Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.
3. Ensure the project is resourced appropriately.
4. Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriate.
5. Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are provided.
6. Ensure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and tracked.
7. Chair appropriate governance meetings and ensure outputs and artifacts are produced and distributed.
8. Utilize the relevant governance bodies/steering committees for the purpose they are established.
9. Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication.
10. Ensure the project ends according to the agreed financial plan.
11. Manage project team members consistent with our management principles.
12. Ensure the project closes according to the required procedures including post-implementation reviews.
What we expect from you
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies: CSM and PMP.
3. Around 10 years of solid experience working in the Capital market.
4. Experience in SharePoint, Project Plan/Publisher, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Experience in working with JIRA/Confluence is preferred.
6. Demonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusions.
7. Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methods.
8. Experience in developing, analyzing, and supervising financial business cases.
9. Proven track record to assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively and accurately.
10. Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Ability to multi-task and the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands.
12. Willingness and ability to travel as the need arises.
13. Both verbal and written professional English is required.
