We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our commercial team.
This role is essential in expanding our portfolio of managed properties, securing new property owners and investors, and strengthening Portugal Active's presence in the market.
The ideal candidate has a strong commercial background, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline with strategy and precision.
Your ResponsibilitiesProspect and acquire new properties for management, increasing Portugal Active's portfolio.Manage the sales pipeline through CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring an efficient follow-up of each lead.Ensure the first contact with leads as quickly as possible, prioritizing fast response times to maximize conversion opportunities.Reactivating lost deals, identifying opportunities to re-engage and convert previous leads.Develop strategic partnerships (B2C and B2B) to create networks and referral opportunities.Analyze and optimize the sales funnel, improving processes to increase conversion rates.Conduct property visits and in-person meetings, ensuring a tailored and effective approach.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, ensuring the generation of high-quality leads and strategic alignment. What We Are Looking ForProven experience in Sales (5+ years), with a strong track record of results.Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive is a plus) and pipeline management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of conducting high-level meetings.Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).Ability to handle daily calls and manage leads effectively.Fast execution and results-driven mindset, with a strategic approach to closing deals at the right time.Proactive and autonomous, able to organize schedules, set priorities, and manage the sales process independently.Passion for the tourism and real estate sector, with a commercial and growth-oriented mindset.Availability for property visits and travel as required.
