HR Generalist Role
The HR Generalist will report directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for a wide range of HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of new employees.
* Promote open communication with employees, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Support the development of internal training programs and ensure compliance with all associated administrative processes.
* Coordinate the admission, onboarding, integration, and socialization processes of new employees, guaranteeing access to necessary training and familiarization with colleagues and the workplace.
* Ensure accurate preparation of payroll processing and coordinate management of contractual processes with external suppliers.
* Provide clear explanations related to payroll processing to company employees.
* Prepare area indicators and maintain the Dashboard.
* Ensure administrative management of the area in all its aspects.
* Support implementation of human resources policies.
* Contribute to improvement of HR management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or similar field.
* At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
* Technical knowledge in payroll processing and contractual management.
* Advanced knowledge of labor legislation.
* Intermediate level of Excel proficiency.
* Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
