Business DevelopmentProspect new clients and develop a commercial portfolio.Work closely with our Recruitment Officer to recruit consultants.Conduct cold calling and headhunting.Open new accounts and establish strong business relationships.Attend client meetings (significant field presence required).Gather and analyze client needs.Commercial negotiations (rates, start dates, contractual terms, etc.).3.
Consultant RecruitmentIn close collaboration with the recruitment team, you will be responsible for hiring future consultants by:Assessing candidates' technical and functional skills.Identifying suitable projects for them.Defining the best recruitment approach for each candidate.Organizing and participating in client interviews.4.
