Position: Key Account Manager
Location: Lisbon Hybrid
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
* Identify client needs and provide customized solutions that align with the company's products or services.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and develop strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
* E nsure timely resolution of customer issues, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by the company.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of banking and financial services market.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to analyze data and create strategic sales plans.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
