Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Learning Manager to support the learning journey of employees for various IT applications and systems. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with strong presentation and training skills, and the ability to create engaging learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop comprehensive learning programs for employees, from initial planning to deployment and reporting to management.
2. Create and adapt learning materials in English, such as manuals, presentations, and flyers.
3. Translate and localize learning content from English to German .
4. Organize and facilitate virtual learning events (masterclasses, webinars, Q&A sessions) via Microsoft Teams, including task planning, resource management, and activity tracking.
5. Provide non-technical training and support to ensure employees successfully adopt new applications and technologies.
6. Gather feedback from employees to improve learning experiences and refine training materials.
7. Monitor and evaluate learner progress through surveys, questionnaires, and discussions.
8. Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement best practices and emerging trends in IT learning.
9. Respond to training requests and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10. Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills.
11. Native-level fluency in both German and English, with excellent presentation, writing, and translation skills.
12. 1-3 years of experience in a teaching, training, or instructional design role.
13. Solid understanding and enthusiasm for Microsoft 365 applications .
14. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure with good time management skills.
16. Passion for technology and the ability to translate technical details into user-centric benefits.
17. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team.
18. Ability to communicate with all levels of IT end-users, ensuring clear and understandable instructions.
19. Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude .
20. Willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously develop soft skills .
