About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager to take charge of everything post-sales.
Your mission will be to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, drive customer success, and build strong relationships with our clients.
You will be the bridge between customers and our internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous optimization of our AI solutions.
Responsibilities: Own the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Conduct weekly customer meetings to track progress, address concerns, and optimize AI agent performance.
Maintain constant customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all post-sales activities.
Ensure daily communication with the delivery team to align on customer needs and ongoing projects.
Coordinate with the Dev team to relay product feedback and improvement opportunities.
Drive customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring ongoing success.
Implement processes, analytics, and reporting to track customer engagement and improve efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English + 1 or 2 additional languages (French, Spanish, German, or Italian preferred).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience in customer success, account management in a fast-growing company.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and process optimization.
