Digital Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement sales-driven digital strategies to increase online transactions and revenue across the gallery's website, Artsy, and other e-commerce platforms.

Identify opportunities for customer acquisition and conversion optimization through targeted digital marketing initiatives.

Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve online sales results.

Collaborate with the Gallery Sales Manager to align digital sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

Use CRM, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns to generate and nurture leads, driving repeat purchases and long-term engagement in collaboration with the Communications & Marketing team.

Develop strategies to expand the collector base through personalized outreach by the Sales Team, automated marketing flows, and targeted promotions.

Work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to ensure sales-driven messaging across digital channels.
Performance Marketing & Data Analytics

Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team on paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, paid social media) to drive high-intent traffic and maximize ROI by bringing sales objectives and inputs.

Leverage SEO, A/B testing, and data analysis to refine sales funnels and improve conversion rates.

Monitor sales trends, customer behaviors, and digital market insights to refine ongoing strategies.
E-Commerce & Digital Sales Operations

Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maintain a competitive and engaging online storefront.

Ensure smooth online order processing, coordinating with logistics and customer service to enhance the purchasing experience.

Maintain accurate records of digital sales performance and customer interactions for reporting and strategic planning.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in digital sales, e-commerce, or performance marketing, preferably in the art, luxury, or design sectors.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; French proficiency is a plus.
Proven ability to drive online revenue through data-backed strategies and digital sales expertise.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, paid social, retargeting, and email marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer behavior analysis, and A/B testing.
Experience with Shopify, Artsy, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
