Your expertise in ADAS calibration, vehicle diagnostics, and leadership will help drive technical excellence, process improvements, and seamless customer support.
Additionally, you will enhance team capabilities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Your key responsibilities will include:Lead, guide, and develop the technical support team, ensuring competence growth and effective execution of tasks.Provide remote technical support for workshops.Diagnose and resolve advanced vehicle system issues using OE (Original Equipment) and IAM (Independent Aftermarket) tools.Utilize OE-Tester and diagnosis software to find and perform the corresponding solution.Communicate effectively with customers via Chat.Manage multiple support tickets and client interactions in parallel.Conduct regular training sessions for team members and provide feedback to the Development Team.Promote cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders (development, product managers, sales, etc).Ensure achievement of key performance indicators.What distinguishes you:Education & Experience:Vehicle Master level technician skills (or local equivalence) and extensive experience in the field
