A Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a HR Administrative for a International Client based in Porto.
Responsibilities - Screen candidates resumes and job applications with best match to profile approach; - Support the recruiting team with candidate correspondences and provide guidance and information to the candidates during the application process; - Maintain the candidate and documentation database required for the daily operations; - Always ensure GDPR compliance when handling sensitive data from candidates; - Coordinate interviews between candidates and VIKING interviewers for assessment centers, online and personal interviews; - Execute recruiting practices efficiently and effectively by meeting operational needs and following HR policy; - Maintain business relationships with a trusted network of high-quality recruiting agencies in all relevant markets with best interest to support the new hires; - Support the recruitment team with marketing events and online presentations; - Execute additional admin tasks to support the recruiting stream; Profile - Experiencein administrative roles for a minimum of 2 years (preferably in cruise companies or recruitment); - English level C1; - Proficiency in Excel/Word and other Office tools; - Strong organizational skills, resilience to stress and change, autonomous, dynamic; - Humility, willingness to learn, team spirit, and good communication skills.
