Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
* Communicate with clients in German on a daily basis
* Offer solutions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues
Requirements:
* Advanced spoken and written German skills (C1 level)
* Intermediate spoken and written English skills (B1 level)
* Good computer user skills

* Availability to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
