As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for players, ensuring they receive top-notch service while enjoying their casino experience. You’ll help solve their issues, build relationships, and contribute to improving our platform.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
* Help players with account issues, bonuses, game rules, and technical questions.
* Ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers, making them feel valued.
* Assist with responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and payment-related inquiries.
* Collaborate with internal teams to report issues and improve our platform.
* Occasionally support with translations and content updates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent Danish speaker with excellent English skills.
* Customer service experience (iGaming experience is a plus!).
* Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
* Passion for casino games, sports betting, or the iGaming industry.
* Tech-savvy with fast typing skills.
* Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
