Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus' global success and play a vital role in Airbus' transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission
For three years Operations has started a project to improve the Business Operational Support (BOS) in the Plants and FALs across European countries.
The Role of the BOS is to support the different jobs from the production domains, like shopfloor, Manufacturing Engineering, Ordering, Scheduling, Logistics... for a total of more than 15 000 workers.
The BOS is composed by two components:
? Platform
? A ServiceNow dedicated portal that allows end users to create incidents or
browse knowledge base via dedicated forms. And also a back end console
used by the resolver to solve incidents.
? Services: deliver the different level of services to the end users, harmonized for European plants and FALs
In charge of two work packages:
? Continuous improvement of the platform
? You will be the primary contact to all local BOS (around 50) for any evolution of the platform and also defects.
? You capture the business needs, analyze it from business and functional perspective (based on current implemented solution) and make a proposal to the business
? You shall be able to always ensure to not implement local need only but global one and find a compromise with all stakeholders
? After you will follow the implementation with IM, do the tests in validation and deliver it with the business during an acceptance phase

? You will ensure that the delivered services respect the operational
constraints (SLA & OLA)
? In front of each local L2 but also the L3 and L4 BOS you will have to review the deliverable services with them and update it following the needs
? Based on BOS (L2, L3 and L4) feedback you will have to improve the delivered services by proposing actions and the linked improvement plan.
After validation of the proposal you will need to deploy it and ensure its success.
? You will deploy new perimeter for the Service L0, L1 and A&R, for example
new site and domain. For that you will have to capture the requirements (applications, process...), propose a transition plan and deploy it with the supplier en charge of L0, L1 and A&R

Note that training will be provided to deliver knowledge on the Airbus Operations organization with strong focus on the BOS. As it is specific to Airbus we don't expect the ressource to already have knowledge on it
