Join an innovative software competence centre. This role supports the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming inquiries and correspond on behalf of managers.
Organize and attend meetings, prepare presentations and reports.
Arrange travel, visas, and accommodations.
Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, document archiving, and data maintenance.
Organize financial documents and interface with external accountancy for accurate record keeping.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English or other languages.
