Description of the Role
* The consolidation and reporting of monthly results to the Board of Directors.
* The coordination of monthly activities between different group companies and their respective markets.
* The preparation and analysis of data for presentation to the Board.
* The consolidation and monitoring of the annual budget and forecast.
* The analysis of overhead costs and deviations from the budget.
* The development and implementation of internal control procedures and activities.
* The analysis, reporting, and presentation of monthly results and main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the Board.
* The preparation of key data, scorecards, graphics, reports, and analysis with key comments/highlights.
* The analysis of competitors and market positioning.
* Strategic and financial planning for the Company.
* The maintenance of up-to-date knowledge on key financial indicators and practices.
* The definition of budgets and strategies for achieving targets.
* The management and tracking of the performance of invested assets.
* Assistance with the annual group budget and yearly financial planning.
* The provision and effective communication of actionable improvement measures and strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
* At least 4 years' experience as an auditor/consultant.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft 365 products.
* Knowledge of data analysis software.
* Attention to detail and the ability to follow up.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* The ability to effectively define priorities and work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in English.
