.As a Product Listing Specialist/ eCommerce Content Specialist you will drive visibility and sales on regional marketplaces by crafting compelling, optimized product descriptions, ensuring accurate attribute mapping, and identifying competitive advantages through market analysis.
This role is crucial for aligning product information with marketplace requirements and enhancing the overall customer experience.Responsibilities:Marketplace Product Content Management: develop and manage compelling product descriptions and listings across regional and key marketplaces (Kaufland, Allegro, eBay, Amazon, etc.
), ensuring accuracy and consistency.Marketplace Compliance & Optimization: ensure all product listings adhere to specific marketplace requirements and optimize for search visibility(SEO) and conversion rates.Product Listing Strategy & Logic: define and implement the logic for product descriptions, titles, and attribute mapping, ensuring a consistent and effective customer experience.Title and Attribute Optimization: create and refine product titles and attribute sets to maximize search relevance and alignment with marketplace standards.Cross-functional collaboration: generate clear technical tasks for designers and content writers with feedback provided.
Create user stories for developers to support particular listing improvements.Competitive & Performance Analysis: analyze competitors and our product listings to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize listing performance.Regional Market Adaptation: Tailor product listing strategies and content to meet the unique requirements and consumer preferences of specific regional marketplaces.Requirements:- Marketplace & Digital Marketing Experience (not less than one):- Proven experience managing product listings and optimizing content on major marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon.- Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles and their application in product listing optimization.- Experience in managing and analyzing product listing data to identify trends and improve performance.Experience with digital marketing concepts and cross-functional team collaboration.2+ years of experience in marketing within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of product-focused marketing strategies.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack, facilitating efficient teamwork and communication.Experience in developing marketing test requirements and creating technical specifications for analytics, enabling data-driven optimization.Ability to create basic interface mockups, demonstrating an understanding of user experience principles and aiding in the communication of design ideas.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
